By entering, you accept these Terms and the Sovereign Charter in their entirety. Continued use is continued acceptance.

One account per person. Your identity may be verified (ID, passport, or licence) before economic features are granted. Multi-accounting is forbidden.

Authority is computed from your verified actions. No rank, certificate, or sigil within the lattice may be bought.

Ω is an internal platform asset -- not a currency, security, or investment, and not redeemable for cash. Fiat purchase and external transfer are gated pending legal clearance.

Consultancy and contract engagements are bound by confidentiality. A per-engagement agreement and the system commission apply to each.

No fraud, abuse, harassment, token-farming, or unlawful use. The Order may suspend or remove offenders without notice.

You retain your works and grant the Order licence to display them within the platform. Horoscope and astrology content is for reflection and entertainment, not advice.

Your data is processed to operate the platform. You may request export or deletion of your personal data.

Marketplace, token purchase, payments, and KYC activate only under completed legal review. Until then, no funds move and no binding legal effect is created.

The Architect holds absolute ownership per the Charter. These terms may evolve; material changes will be surfaced for renewed acceptance.

The SYD OMEGA 91717 name, marks, cosmology, lore, design system, and codebase are the Architect's property; membership grants a licence to use the platform, not to copy, redistribute, or create derivative platforms from it. If you believe content hosted here (a marketplace listing, a publication, or otherwise) infringes your copyright, contact the platform administrator through your account with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate. The Architect will review each notice and may remove content and suspend repeat infringers.
